The Who/What/Why
In early 2016, the Barbarian Samsung Digital team was approached with the problems facing the Samsung.com Customer Care page. At the time Samsung.com was the one of most visited websites in the world. The Customer Care portal was all over the place—duplicate yet disconnected landing pages, abnormally low traffic in some areas and high in others, high bounce rates… the list goes on.
I worked as a UX/Copy writer alongside UX strategists and designers to build a new, cohesive, and comprehensive Samsung.com Customer Care Page that consolidated traffic.
